Fasting for breakfast, giving money to charity since 9th grade
Growing up in a poor countryside, Le Anh Thuy Trang (SN 2004 – Blo village, A Dok commune, Dak Doa district) has always cherished the desire to help those in difficult circumstances. When Trang was in 9th grade, she didn’t have much money, so she saved money for breakfast to build her own charity fund. Accumulating about 200,000 – 300,000 VND, Trang started planning to buy gifts for children, lonely elderly, families without land, farming, poor households listed before.

According to Thuy Trang, at that time, she went to school in the morning and spent the afternoon walking around the village: “If I find a difficult situation, I will pay special attention. For example, how many people are there, how old are the children. I remember and write it down, then go home to find the right clothes and will come to give them as gifts. “.
For female students, helping difficult situations is simply a small joy and passionate love for the motherland.
With the desire to help more difficult situations, Trang decided to spread positive energy through her personal Facebook. After 3 years, I built a YouTube channel with the name “Tò Rang Pho Nui” to share more details about the images of people in my hometown.
Besides, the Gia Lai girl also established the “Flowers” fund with the contributions of many sponsors to help the charity trips go further.
Not only has an honest heart, Thuy Trang has also been a good student for many years. Previously, each month, Trang performed 4-5 charity programs. However, due to college entrance exams, the female student can only organize one program.

After volunteering for the first time, Thuy Trang realized many spiritual values and became more and more enthusiastic about her volunteering journey.
For 4 years, with the old Cub car bought for her by her father, Thuy Trang roamed around the village to find and help the less fortunate and the poor. Up to now, although the car has been degraded and often damaged, Trang still occasionally uses it and remembers the sound of motorbikes full of memories.
Looking back on the process that has been and is being done, Trang always feels happy: “At first, I just had to do it alone, after I posted it on social networks, I was more interested in sharing. Each person was 50,000, 100,000, 200,000 VND. After that, I used that as a fund to extract. In each activity. Later on, I meet brothers and sisters who are like my companions.”
Receiving positive energy from many sides, but the long journey is always difficult. However, the young girl never backs down and always finds a reasonable solution. Special page shares: “When I had such an incident, I tried to talk to the local people there. I tried to visit my relatives. Because I knew they were waiting for me. If I didn’t come, the relatives would probably sad…”.
After each time she helped a difficult situation, Thuy Trang better understood the hard life of the people in the village. Seeing the joy clearly show on each face, Trang seems to have more strength and motivation to overcome all difficulties and continue the love journey.
Witnessing that his daughter had many health problems after each volunteering journey to forget herself, Mr. Le Tan Khoang (Thuy Trang’s father) could not help but feel sorry. “At first, I just knew that my son was going to charity, but I didn’t know that I had to fast for breakfast. Later, I understood and knew, I cried when I knew that.
I am also a vegetarian. Health is reduced, much affected. Sometimes it goes all day, going into villages eating only rice and salt. Feeling guilty but doing good, parents are very respectful and supportive.”he confided.
To date, Le Anh Thuy Trang has visited and sent gifts to at least 340 households in Gia Lai province, along with 1,000 sets of large/small clothes, 300 baby warm coats for babies aged 3-10. age, 100 coats and more than 700 confectionery gifts. Moreover, Trang has successfully donated 4 bicycles and strongly called for sponsors to support dangerous patients with the amount of VND 6,400,000.
On the occasion of the 2022 Lunar New Year, Trang has a trip to her hometown of Hinh River, Phu Yen, 220 km away from her home to give many gifts and 6 cartons of milk to children. This is also the furthest place in my volunteering journey.
