Approving Aeon Mall Vietnam to implement the 170 million USD trade center project

The project has a total area of ​​about 86,216 m2, total investment is estimated at 170 million USD.

The goal of the project is to invest in, build and operate a general trade and service center including: Food and beverage services, children’s play area and leased sales spaces. complete, build, install, decorate, rent and sublease premises, warehouses, halls and other items in the trade center.

Thua Thien Hue Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies in, advising the Provincial People’s Committee to carry out procedures in accordance with current laws so that AoenMall Vietnam Co., Ltd. can organize the project implementation. The opening of the trade center will contribute to improving the quality of goods and services provided to the people of Thua Thien Hue province as well as tourists.
