Therefore, the Department of Performing Arts assessed that the MV “There’s No One At All” shows signs of violating the regulation banning “the use of costumes, words, sounds, images, movements, means of expression, images, etc. performing acts contrary to the nation’s fine customs and traditions, negatively affecting morality, community health and socio-psychology” in Clause 4, Article 3 of Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government.

For the above reasons, the Department of Performing Arts proposed the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information to take measures to handle and prevent organizations and individuals from posting, circulating and disseminating the recordings.
