Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien while climbing Yen Tu peak, her blood pressure dropped, while resting, she fell down the cliff on April 27.
On May 3, the head of Yen Tu National Forest and Monuments Management Board Le Tien Dung said that she had just successfully rescued Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien (SN 1963, residing in Tu Liem, Hanoi) who had fallen down the cliff since the day 4/27.
Accordingly, around 9:15 a.m. on the same day, when hearing people’s cries for help near Dong pagoda area (Yen Tu), the functional forces organized a search and rescue.
After an hour, dozens of rescue workers used ropes to swing down the area where Ms. Lien fell and saved the victim.
“Mrs. Lien went to Yen Tu alone. The moment she fell, it was because she was climbing to the top that she showed a drop in blood pressure, when she sat down, she fell down the cliff, fortunately there was a tree below so Ms. Lien was not injured. Ms. Lien’s health is stable now, “said Mr. Dung.
