According to Tan Uyen Town Police, on the morning of April 30, Mr. NTH (SN 1989, hometown Dak Lak) and his friends went to Karaoke Minh Tram 3 to sing. When going to the counter, Mr. H. had a conflict with Nguyen Thi Thu T. (SN 1999, living in Binh Duong, cashier).

When the “accounting” was completed, the group drove Mr. H. to leave it in an empty lot in Quarter 4 (Vinh Tan ward).
Receiving information, Tan Uyen Town Police coordinated with Vinh Tan Ward Police to verify, track and arrest Hai, Hoan, and Be Ba.
Initially, Mr. H. was identified with head, face and left arm injuries.
