After negotiating, Bao agreed to “sell” the sensitive video to Ms. N. for 250 million VND. On September 13, 2021, Ms. N. transferred money to Bao and Bao gave the USB to Ms. N.

On December 10, 2021, Bao continued to text Ms. N. informing that she still kept the above sensitive clip and someone asked to buy it, so she asked to transfer N. videos and pictures.

Because of fear, Ms. N. forwarded to Bao the amount of 20 million dong. On March 7, 2022, Ms. N. filed a denunciation of Bao’s behavior to the police.

At the investigation agency, Bao admitted the above crime. Bao claimed to have withdrawn all the money transferred by the victim to spend it all for personal purposes.
