Initially, Binh declared that he needed money to spend, so he had an intention to rob a motorbike taxi. Yesterday afternoon, he hired a 30-year-old man, from Tra Vinh, to drive him to Bac Tan Uyen district. At the empty road, he suddenly pulled out a knife, stabbed the driver twice, then stole the car, phone and wallet to escape.
The victim was discovered by people lying in a pool of blood and taken to the emergency room with serious injuries.
After committing the crime, Binh went to a motel room in Vinh Tan ward, Tan Uyen town to hide, but was arrested by the police in the night, confiscating exhibits and weapons.
