Mr. Hieu, owner of a shop selling imported fruits in Cau Giay shared:This custard apple is currently 2 times more expensive than New Zealand apples, 3 times more expensive than Australian grapes, and many times more than domestic apples. Despite such an expensive price, the store just imported it and ran out of goods to sell. This is a clean imported fruit, no preservatives, fast ripening and very perishable when transported“.

According to some consumers, the reason why this type of na dai is so popular is because instead of eating Vietnamese custard apples with thick skin and hard work, a large custard apple will be suitable for many people to eat. Moreover, the skin is thin, the seeds are few, the meat is more fragrant and sweet, children love it.
