Driving in excess of the alcohol content and the errors of impounding the car immediately

Pursuant to Point c, Clause 6; Point a, Point c Clause 8; Clause 10 of Article 5, Decree 100/2019/ND-CP. Drivers of cars and vehicles similar to cars will have their vehicles temporarily impounded if:

– “Driving a vehicle on the road with an alcohol content in the blood or breath but not exceeding 50 milligrams per 100 milliliters of blood or 0.25 milligrams per liter of breathing air”‘.

– “Controlling vehicles going in the opposite direction on highways, reversing on highways, except for priority vehicles that are on urgent duty as prescribed.”

– “Driving a vehicle on the road with an alcohol content of more than 50 milligrams to 80 milligrams per 100 milliliters of blood in the blood or breath or more than 0.25 milligrams to 0.4 milligrams per 1 liter of breathing air”‘.

– ”Failure to comply with the request of the official to test the alcohol concentration”.

– “Driving a vehicle on the road with drugs in the body”.

– ”Failure to comply with the request for drug testing of official duty officers”.

– ”Operating a vehicle without a license plate (for vehicles with a license plate required)”.

– ”’Operating a vehicle that has a certificate or stamp of technical safety and environmental protection but has expired for less than 1 month (including trailers and semi-trailers)”.

– ”Controlling the installed vehicle, using the horn beyond the specified volume”.

– “Driving a vehicle with insufficient braking system or having sufficient braking system but not working, not conforming to technical safety standards”‘.

– ”Operating a vehicle with a license plate that is not in accordance with the vehicle registration certificate or the license plate is not issued by a competent authority”.

– ”Using certificates, stamps of inspection of technical safety and environmental protection, vehicle registration papers not issued by competent authorities, or using vehicle registration papers with incorrect chassis and engine numbers (including both trailers and semi-trailers); using vehicle registration papers, certificates, stamps of technical safety and environmental protection are erased”.

– ”Operating a vehicle without a certificate or stamp of inspection of technical safety and environmental protection (for vehicles subject to inspection regulations, except for temporarily registered vehicles) or having it but has expired. used from 01 month or more (including trailers and semi-trailers)”.

– ”Operating a vehicle without a vehicle registration certificate as prescribed or using an expired vehicle registration certificate (including trailers and semi-trailers)”.
