On the afternoon of May 20, Xuyen A Tay Ninh General Hospital said that it had just saved a man whose fingers were cut off in a work accident.

The patient is Mr. TVC, (51 years old, living in Tay Ninh), who had an accident and severed his left hand II and III fingers due to the right hand cut by a rice paper cutter.

Along with the preserved severed parts, Mr. C. went to Tay Ninh Xuyen A General Hospital and was treated by emergency doctors to reconnect the severed fingers by microsurgery.

After more than 4 hours of meticulous attention, the doctors have successfully reconnected blood vessels, nerves, tendons, muscles and bones of the fingers to the patient. After that, the finger joints were pink, SpO2 reached the requirements from 95%-100%. The patient is currently being monitored and cared for.

According to doctors, there have been many emergency cases of amputation of limbs when working directly with cutters, winding machines, presses, etc. Therefore, if you work with the above machines, you need to focus. and be vigilant to avoid unfortunate accidents.
