Retired doctor molested 16-year-old boy in private clinic

Today (May 18), the Public Security Bureau of Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria-Vung Province said that the unit had just prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused and executed the arrest warrant for the accused to be detained for two months. with Mr. Le Xuan Vinh (58 years old, residing in Phuoc Tan commune, Xuyen Moc district) to investigate lewd behavior towards people under 16 years old.

Mr. Le Xuan Vinh is a former doctor, now retired and opened a private clinic for medical examination and treatment.

According to the initial investigation, on May 8, during the examination at his general internal medicine clinic in Phuoc Tan commune, Mr. Vinh committed lewd acts towards N.D.P. (16 years old, residing in Phuoc Tan commune).

Upon receiving the news, Xuyen Moc District Police took part in the verification, investigation and took testimonies of the people involved.

The case is being investigated and clarified by the Xuyen Moc District Police Department.
