“Currently, the police force and family are on their way to take him to the police station of Tan An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province to deal with. I will propose to temporarily hand him over to me to take care of. After that, I I will make an application to the court to give me custody of the child,” Dung added.

Before that, on the afternoon of the same day, working with the police agency, Ms. P. confessed that she was sending her grandson L. (SN 2019) in Dak Nong province. After that, many ward police officers accompanied Ms. P. and Mr. Dung’s family from Buon Ma Thuot City to Dak Nong to pick up L.

As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, on May 11, Ms. P. went to the People’s Committee of Tan An ward (where her permanent residence is registered) to carry out procedures to declare death for her grandson. 6:30 p.m. on May 4 due to pneumonia and died at home, not at a hospital or medical facility. Although he is still alive, the People’s Committee of Tan An ward still issues a death certificate for L.

After many days of searching and reporting to the police, but still could not find the child, on the morning of May 23, dozens of family members of Mr. Dung went to the People’s Committee of Tan An ward to request a search measure. After that, the two wards and his family went to look for L.
