“However, we should not be subjective because the epidemic has not been completely eliminated in the immediate future, especially when the world is discovering more new strains, so this is still a concern and pressure on the market. Real estate in the Southeast region in particular and the whole country in general”, Dr. Le Ba Chi Nhan acknowledged.

Predicting the prospect of the Southeast real estate market in 2022, Mr. Trinh Nguyen Tuan Anh – Chairman of King Broker’s Board of Directors – said that this will be the year of strong development from supply to investment demand. In particular, in 2022, a series of projects will be released to the market and the absorption rate will be almost 100% due to the great demand while the supply is still very scarce.

The segment of subdivision land plots will face many difficulties when being competed by the segment of sample land and residential land subdividing. However, professionally invested projects are still welcomed by customers.

Regarding the resort segment, the Southeast will record more growth than in 2021 but not too much development because the economy has not really recovered. Meanwhile, the garden house segment is also attractive with individually built second homes.

In the Southeast region, low-lying districts will be places of much interest and attraction to local people. However, investors from outside the province still focus on locations that are considered “hot spots”.

Binh Phuoc attracts a series of large-scale projects

Thanks to the border location and the gateway linking two key regions, the Central Highlands and the Southeast, many large projects and thousands of businesses have chosen Binh Phuoc as the place to locate factories and industrial parks. Along with that, industrial parks and industrial clusters in the province attract a large number of migrant workers and foreign experts, increasing housing demand in the province.

A representative of a real estate business owner in Binh Phuoc said that from the end of 2021 until now, the Binh Phuoc real estate market has become much busier.
