In this case, Mr. Dinh Xuan T. (SN 1973; residing in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi) driving a motorbike with BKS 29B1-318.xx violated traffic on the highway on Thang Long Boulevard.

Mr. T. was driving a motorbike to move into the expressway on Thang Long Boulevard – a lane reserved for cars only.

A representative of K Hospital said that he had checked and verified the above information. The hospital representative confirmed that at the hospital, there is no official named above holding the position of Deputy Head of Department at this hospital. The information provided by the man “who claims to be the Deputy Head of the Department of Hospital K” to the police is incorrect. This seriously affects the reputation and image of the hospital.
