Da Nang relocates 17 degraded dormitory areas in the city center
On June 10, the People’s Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a plan to relocate and clear 17 state-owned degraded collective areas in 2022-2023.
According to the statistics of the structural danger of houses, out of the 17 degraded collective areas that have not been cleared yet, there are 2 dangerous level D areas, including: 5 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street and 50-52 Street. Le Lai.
14 dangerous class C dormitories include: 42 Tran Ke Xuong Street, 03 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, 28-30 Hung Vuong, 76 Tran Phu, 346-348 Phan Chau Trinh, 35 Hoang Dieu, 9 Tran Phu, 158B Le Loi, 57 Hung Vuong, 22 Ly Thai To, 48 Ly Thai To, 104 Ly Thai To, 110 Ly Thai To, 324 Hung Vuong; a dangerous level B dormitory at 25 Hung Vuong.
According to the plan, the apartment complex 05 Nguyen Thai Hoc will be cleared in the second quarter of 2022, the dormitory area number 50-52 Le Lai will be cleared in August 2022, with a total of 11 displaced households.
Grade C dormitory areas will be completed and cleared in 2022, with a total of 84 displaced households; in which, two collective areas 48 Ly Thai To and 110 Ly Thai To will be cleared in the second quarter of 2022. Level B 25 Hung Vuong dormitory area will be cleared in 2023, relocating 10 households.
The Department of Construction was assigned to monitor and summarize the situation of relocation and clearance of degraded collective areas as planned. At the same time, assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant units in, reviewing the coefficient of distribution of floors when determining the value of land support for households subject to relocation, clearance of degraded collective areas of the province. State ownership, report to the City People’s Committee in June 2022.
