Because every internal organ is always high in cholesterol, eating a lot will have consequences, especially diseases related to metabolic disorders. Not to mention that this part decomposes very quickly, easily penetrated by bacteria…”, said Associate Professor Thinh.
Apart from being an internal organ, native chickens are also very susceptible to bacteria that are harmful to health.
In terms of oriental medicine, master, general practitioner Vu Quoc Trung (Vietnamese Oriental Medicine Association) said that the information that eating chicken millet improves physiology is due to the concept of “eating anything nutritious” for a long time. . Therefore, chicken millet, also known as chicken testicles, is the reproductive organ of chickens, so in addition to the usual nutrition, chicken millet also contains testosterone, which helps improve male physiological functions.
