With or without injection, both F1s can participate in face-to-face and online work, if working directly, human resource-using facilities must arrange a separate working area for F1s.

F0, F1 going to work is normal

For F0, the Ministry of Health proposes that F0 who have no symptoms, are in quarantine for 7 days and have not had a negative test result, can return to work online; participate in the care of Covid-19 patients at home, accommodation or treatment facilities. If you work at a treatment facility, you must practice 5K and take precautions.

Expressing his views on this issue, Assoc. Nguyen Huy Nga, former Director of the Department of Preventive Medicine, Ministry of Health, said that: Currently, the Government has a roadmap to transfer Covid-19 disease from group A to group B – circulating diseases, F0, F1 going to work is a big deal. normal.

“But F0 here must be understood as F0 without symptoms, not a patient. F0 has two types, one is asymptomatic, it is not considered a patient; one is F0 has symptoms and is not allowed to work. It is natural because the Labor Law does not allow it”, Dr. Nguyen Huy Nga emphasized.

The former director of the Department of Preventive Medicine analyzed that for asymptomatic F0, they are only healthy carriers of the infection, not patients, so they can go to work, provided they must ensure they do not spread to the community. , do not spread to other people and they are healthy enough to work, but if they are patients, they cannot go to work. In the near future, the concept of F0 and F1 will be abandoned, but only the concept of sick and suspected infected people. The future only cares about people with symptoms, people in the hospital.

Dr. Nguyen Huy Nga said that allowing F0 and F1 to work in localities should apply this because there is a shortage of human resources and many people have no symptoms and are healthy enough to work, so if they are not allowed, they may not be able to work. still hid illness, did not declare to go to work.

In addition, to prevent the epidemic, these people need to ensure 5K at work.
