According to the Chief of Office of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control, TT-Hue Province, hail formed from convective clouds. Through monitoring on weather radar images and monitoring data, it showed that convective clouds developed causing thunderstorms in A Luoi and Nam Dong districts (TT-Hue province).

“The North and North Central regions often experience hail in the months of March – April and September – October, when the weather changes from cold to hot and vice versa.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting also warned tonight and tomorrow, cold air will overwhelm the North and North Central region. Because the area’s temperature is high, common at 32-34 degrees, it is easy to cause conflicts, causing extreme weather phenomena such as cyclones, lightning, and hail, “said Mr. Hung.
