Spectacular cliffs that look like giant waves, dating back 60 million years-Travel

Wave Rock is a granite cliff in the town of Hyden, southwest Australia. This place became famous because of the shape of the cliff like a giant ocean wave about to crash but suddenly stopped.

People call this rock wave, it is estimated that it is 15m high, 110m long, the scenery is unbelievable. This cliff is located in the nature reserve of Hyden Wildlife Park. This is one of the most beautiful and most visited parks in Australia. Inside this place is famous for more than 450 pieces of stone art dating back 200 years.

According to studies, the geology in this place was once buried underground, dating back 2.7 billion years. The cliff is the result of wind and water erosion over 60 million years to create this spectacular rock wave sculpture.

Every year, there are more than 140,000 guests tourism flock here to see this breathtaking natural wonder. It is worth mentioning that the color of the rock wave can change, it is created by different minerals, depending on the season, there will be corresponding color effects.

The most sensual colors appear at dawn or dusk.
