5 pieces of dried shiitake mushrooms, 500g ground pork, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 carrot, diced chestnuts, green onions, minced garlic, lettuce.

Sauce: 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons filtered water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, pepper.

Doing

Soak shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are soft.

While waiting for the mushrooms to soften, add cornstarch, salt, and pepper to the ground meat, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes.

Stir-fry pork until almost cooked, then remove to a bowl, set aside.

Sauté onion and garlic, add diced shiitake mushrooms to a frying pan with a little cooking oil, carrots and chestnuts.

Put the pork in the saute pan with the previous ingredients. Pour the sauce into the pan, stir-fry until the water is almost dry.

Turn off the heat, put the chopped scallions in the pan, stir well, then pour into the bowl.
