1. Sandwich: 4 slices

2. Vegetables: 20g sweet corn, 1/2 onion, 1/2 bell pepper, 1-2 sprigs of scallions

3. Eggs: 2 eggs

4. Spices: Cheese fibers, salt, ground pepper, fish sauce

– Step 1: Stir-fry and mix vegetables

You peel the onion, wash it with water and cut it into small dices. Wash bell peppers, remove seeds and stalks, and then diced. Scallions remove the root, wash and cut into small pieces.
