The Russian billionaire once went to Belarus to support the first round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine at the request of Kiev, and went to Kiev to participate in informal negotiations earlier this month.
Abramovich’s representative once said that the Russian billionaire “has been and is doing what he can to support efforts to restore peace as soon as possible”.

On March 28, the Wall Street Journal, citing sources familiar with the matter, reported that after a meeting in Kiev in early March, Abramovich and at least two members of the Ukrainian peace negotiating team showed symptoms suspected of being poisoned.
However, the health condition of the Russian billionaire and the negotiating members of Ukraine is now stable and not in danger of life.
