At the lower secondary level, up to now, 63/63 provinces/cities have organized face-to-face learning. Particularly in Hanoi, grade 6, students have not yet attended face-to-face or switched to online learning. 5 provinces/cities changed the status of organizing online teaching in a district or city, including: Cao Bang (Cao Bang City), Dak Lak (Buon Me Thuot City), Ha Nam (grade 6), Hanoi city (block 6), grade 6), Lam Dong (Da Lat city, grade 6).

At the high school level, all localities have taught directly at most educational institutions, especially grade 12 students to prepare for the upcoming 2022 High School Graduation exam.

Currently, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training is urgently requesting to organize the collection of parents’ opinions on sending children back to school directly. Time to collect parents’ comments from April 2-3. Primary and secondary schools in Hanoi capital have urgently implemented consultation with students’ parents about: sending children back to school directly.

The Hanoi People’s Committee has just issued a plan to overcome limitations and shortcomings in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic. In which, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Chu Xuan Dung emphasized: “Based on the epidemic situation to organize appropriate teaching, do not let students study online for a long time”.
