On April 9, Man, 40 years old, and 11 people aged 28-53, from Thach Lien commune and Huong Khe district, were criminally detained by the Thach Ha district police to investigate his behavior. Gamble and Gambling organizationaccording to articles 321, 322 of the Penal Code.

The entrance to the attic is connected to the toilet. To enter the ring, the gambler must climb through the attic hole of the auxiliary building, then step up using the iron ladder arranged by the owner. There are security guards at the entrances.
On the evening of April 4, Thach Ha district police mobilized 30 officers to raid Man’s house in Phu Quy village, Thach Lien commune. Seeing the police come, the crowd was playing with discs, scattering money, smashing roof tiles to escape.
At the scene, authorities collected 124 million VND and many gambling tools.
The case is under extensive investigation.
