The incident happened in Qujing City, Yunnan Province, China and was recorded by the surveillance camera system.
In the clip, three young men with large stature are shoving a female parking attendant and dragging her on the concrete road. Soon after, they also pulled the hair and kicked the victim in the face.
The group of thugs even called more accomplices to the scene to continue assaulting people women then curse. Witnessing the incident, a young man standing across the street wanted to run to intervene, but when he saw that the group of thugs were too aggressive, he had to stand and watch without daring to speak.
A driver of a white car also tried to honk the horn to make the young people stop but couldn’t. After the incident ended, the victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
According to initial information, the incident occurred due to a dispute between the two parties over the issue of toll collection. Police also arrested four of the six attackers of the woman.
