The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department has completed the investigation conclusion and transferred the file to the Procuracy of the same level to propose the prosecution of the two defendants in the case of an eight-year-old NTVA girl being abused and beaten to death at the Saigon Pearl apartment , Binh thanh district.

In the process of living together, Trang repeatedly beat the baby NTVA causing many bruises on her body. On December 22, 2021, NTVA’s child studied online at home. When teaching, Trang repeatedly beat her nephew for doing wrong homework. At noon of the same day, NTVA’s child complained of being tired and went to the rest room, vomiting. Trang saw that and contacted Thai to go home.
At home, Thai took the child to the bathroom to vomit and called an ambulance when the child showed signs of worsening. After that, the child NTVA died.
