Father takes revenge on his best friend who raped his 6-year-old daughter

The body of pedophile Oleg Sviridov, 32, was discovered in a shallow grave in the woods in September 2021.

Vyachaslav was initially detained on suspicion of murder, but the charge was dropped in the face of widespread outcry.

Forensic evidence shows that Vyachaslav did not stab Oleg. Investigators concluded that Oleg took his own life during a fight with Vyachaslav. Vyachaslav then secretly buried Oleg’s body in the hole he had just made Oleg dig.

In mid-April, Vyachaslav was convicted by the Krasnoglinsky district court in the city of Samara of “inciting others to commit suicide by threatening or insulting” and sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Vyacheslav said he happened to see Oleg’s cell phone while he was fast asleep after drinking. Vyachaslav found a video of Oleg forcing his 6-year-old daughter to have sex, filmed in 2019. In it, the little girl begged Oleg to come home.

On August 25, 2021, Vyachesla beat Oleg in the bathroom until he ran away. The next day, the Vyachesla and the mother of another victim came to confront Oleg, forcing him to choose between surrendering or committing suicide.

That night, Vyachesla took Oleg into the forest, forced him to dig his own grave to threaten, while fighting the pedophile “slipped on the knife”, according to Vyachesla’s testimony.

After burying Oleg in the woods on August 26, 2021, Vyachesla reported the rape to local police but did not say Oleg was dead. A few weeks later, Vyachesla confessed about the fight and the location of the grave.

Vyachaslav was arrested and faces 15 years in prison if convicted of murder. The people of Samara raised money for his initial legal fees.

2,500 people signed a petition demanding that Vyachaslav be acquitted. They supported Vyachaslav on the grounds that he had “saved our child by eliminating the child molester”.
