Currently, the data integration has been implemented by the system of the Smart City Operation Center of Song Cong City in 10 areas, including: Monitoring of socio-economic indicators; supervision of public administrative services; electronic document monitoring; scene reflection system; security and traffic camera systems; monitoring and operating smart tourism; data on education, health…

This integration ensures authenticity, accuracy, transparency, in which many systems are providing real-time data at the center. Thereby, helping Song Cong city leaders to facilitate management and monitoring of social activities through the high-resolution camera system installed on the main roads. From July 2021, implementing experimental operation until now, Song Cong City’s IOC Smart Operation Center has received and resolved over 800 comments and recommendations from people through images sent from the application. about the Center.
