British MPs watch porn during parliament session

Answer channel interview BBC On April 30, MP Parish said it was a “crazy moment” and that he was “not very proud of what he did”.

Parish said that the first time he viewed the pornography was accidental while surfing a website about tractors, but the second time was on purpose. The Conservative Party suspended his MP status after the allegations surfaced on April 29.

Two female colleagues said they had seen him watch adult content on his phone while sitting near them.

“The situation was I was looking at a website about tractors, but then I went to another page with a very similar name and I did a little bit of viewing, which I shouldn’t have done,” he said. “But my biggest sin was that on another occasion I watched them a second time.”

MP Parish said what he did was “completely wrong”. “I will regret this action for the rest of my life. I made a terrible mistake,” he shared.

Parish says he has been moved by public anger and the damage the incident has caused to his family, his constituency and the local association.

“I was wrong, I was stupid, I lost my mind,” said the Tiverton and Honiton MPs.

Parish is facing an investigation. MPs found to be in breach of the code of conduct could face penalties such as a public apology, suspension or disqualification from parliament. Other politicians have also called for him to give up his MP status.
