Red-Haired Shanks is a powerful pirate captain who gave Luffy the straw hat he always wears on his head and also inspired a group of young heroes to pursue their pirate dreams. A younger version of this character appeared in the trailer of One Piece Film: Red – the film will be released in Japan in August this year. The content of the film will revolve around Luffy and the Straw Hat crew to a new island to participate in a famous music festival.
