According to the 31st SEA Games Organizing Committee, all tickets to the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, final match and bronze medal competition in men’s football will be under the management and allocation of the Games Organizing Committee.

The 31st SEA Games organizers will not sell tickets for the opening ceremony, only issue about 20,000 invitation tickets for seats in stands A, C and D of My Dinh stadium, especially stand B becomes the stage for staging.

Out of 20,000 invitations, there are more than 10,000 tickets for senior leaders of the State, Government and National Assembly; heads of states; international officials, embassies of countries in Vietnam, central ministries, sports delegations attending the 31st SEA Games and two fan associations in the South and the North. The remaining invitation tickets are for local departments, agencies and districts in Hanoi.
