Mr. Nguyen Minh Xuan, Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of Ngoc Son hamlet (Do Thanh commune) said that Mo pagoda has its origins in the past. However, during the war, the pagoda gradually disappeared, so people did not pay attention to worship there anymore. This dune area has an area of ​​600 – 700m2.

We also advised Mrs. Laboratory (who resides in Ngoc Son hamlet, Do Thanh commune, who is said to be calling and building pagodas) to complete the procedures and apply for a reasonable permit but not yet, this is our mistake. them,” said Xuan.

Suspension of construction… orally

Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thao, a cadastral officer of Do Thanh Commune People’s Committee (Yen Thanh District), confirmed that “the Mo pagoda project was built on the land that has not been approved by the competent authority” and said that the commune had prepared a boundary. version many times.

The reporter asked if the documents had been prepared by the Do Thanh Commune People’s Committee, and Mr. Thao laughed: “We went directly to the scene, asked to suspend the work several times and did not make a record.”

When asked why the Commune People’s Committee did not issue a suspension document as soon as the first bricks were laid, Mr. Thao was silent.

Construction works are not allowed to be public, but the government only checks and requests to stop but… does not make a record.

According to the leader of the Do Thanh Commune People’s Committee, it is not specific to determine who stands to build the Mo pagoda.
