Land area 61 Tran Phu adjacent to 4 streets are Tran Phu, Le Truc, Hung Vuong and Nguyen Thai Hoc, managed and used by Postal Equipment Joint Stock Company (Postef). This place was originally a factory built by the French in the early 20th century. According to the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture, this work is not on the list of needing to concentrate resources to preserve and promote cultural values.
