Car sunk after heavy rain

Dozens of cars were submerged in the sea and could not move at the route Lac Long Quan – Bac Ninh City.

Heavy rain last night caused many northern provinces such as Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc, and Phu Tho to be heavily flooded, vehicles could not move even at Lac Long Quan street – Bac Ninh city. Many cars were also submerged in the water.

The heavy rain last night lasted until morning, causing many cars moving through Lac Long Quan, Bac Ninh to stall.
