Saigon University is organizing 2 English proficiency tests according to the 6-level framework

Saigon University has just been selected to become the test site for the Linguaskill test of the Cambridge University English Testing Council. This is the first university in the South to be selected as the test score for the English test of this Council.

Previously, the Ministry of Education and Training agreed to Saigon University organize an English proficiency test according to the 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework for Vietnam. Linguaskill is an online test in Cambridge’s 6-step framework.

The Linguaskill test is also recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training and the scale is converted to the equivalent of the 6-level foreign language competency framework for Vietnam.

This exam meets the requirements of Circulars 18/2021/TT-BGDĐT, 23/2021/TT-BGDĐT, 17/2021/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training for enrollment and advanced training. master’s, master’s, and higher education.

Thus, Saigon University students as well as candidates have the right to choose one of these two tests to take the English proficiency test.
