Leaders fled at once, Louis Land no longer had an operator

Thus, the Board of Directors of Louis Land has only one person left. The two leaders resigned at once, leaving Louis Land without a manager.

On June 1, the Board of Directors of Louis Land Joint Stock Company (BII) received an application from Ms. Nguyen Giang Quyen to resign from the position of General Director of the company from the date of submitting the application. Louis Land’s Board of Directors will consider Ms. Quyen’s application and appoint a new general director to replace her.

On the same day, the Board of Directors of Louis Land also received a resignation letter from Mr. Hoang Xuan Hanh regarding his resignation from the position of member of the Board of Directors and the title of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Louis Land, the time of resignation on May 29.

Previously, Louis Land had written to the Exchange Stock Hanoi on the dismissal of Mr. Hoang Xuan Hanh from the position of Deputy General Director of Louis Land from April 4. On the same day, Mr. Hanh was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors by the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Luc Tan Huy, who resigned from this position of Louis Land.

Thus, Ms. Nguyen Giang Quyen resigned from the position of General Director of Louis Land after she was elected by the Board of Directors from February 17 to replace Mr. Luc Tan Huy.

In the past year, this has been the fifth generation of Louis Land presidents. The decision to resign from a series of leaders left this company with only a senior employee, Mr. Tran Si Chuong. Mr. Chuong was appointed to the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in November 2021.

In 2021, BII recorded a revenue of VND 493 billion, 7 times higher than in 2020, profit after tax doubled at VND 33 billion. BII’s profit improved mainly thanks to a sudden increase in financial income of up to VND 94 billion.

The stock code BII in 2021 attracted the attention of many investors when suddenly increased to the ceiling continuously, peaking on September 14, 2021 at 29,400 VND/share. However, after that, the price dropped abnormally to around 14,000 VND/share so far. Closing the session on June 1, BII’s stock price is at 6,100 dong/share.
