18-year-old suspect arrested
Initial information, the suspect is Le Van Hoang (18 years old, living in Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city). Nghi Pham Hoang loaned money to victim P.Đ.Tr (Cat Thanh village, Thanh Tan commune, Thach Thanh district, Thanh Hoa province). When the suspect called the victim to the house to ask for money, the murder occurred.

The incident happened at about 14:30 on May 25, 2022, at house number 10/146 Thanh Chuong, Quang Thanh ward. Suspect Hoang used an aluminum kettle to hit Mr. Tr’s head. cause the victim to die.
Then Hoang used adhesive tape to wrap Mr. Tr’s hands. in front of the chest, wrapped around the head and face of Mr. Next, Hoang used 2 packages to remove Mr. Tr’s body. entered and hid the body under the bed in the 2nd floor bedroom.
At about 10 pm on the same day, Hoang used a motorbike to carry the packaging of Mr. to the Ma river (Ham Rong bridge section, Ham Rong ward, Thanh Hoa city) phi tang.
Before that, around 16:50 on June 1, people in Hoang Tan commune (Hoang Hoa district) discovered a sack floating in the river, inside containing a body in the process of decomposition.
Authorities initially identified: The victim is about 25-35 years old, male, about 1.56m tall. At the time of discovery, the victim’s face, head and hands were tightly wrapped with white adhesive tape.
On the morning of June 3, relatives of the victim Tr. went to the authorities to carry out procedures to identify the victim. Mr. Tr’s family said, on May 25, the family received a message from Tr. asked his mother to pay his debt of 100 million dong and then mysteriously disappeared.
The case is currently being investigated and handled by the police.
