Chinese car BYD Destroyer 05 is about to return to Vietnam?

The BYD Destroyer 05 model belongs to the C-class sedan segment with many technological equipment that has just been registered for protection in Vietnam.

In February 2022, BYD filed an application for intellectual property registration for two models. The most notable of which is the BYD Destroyer 05 sedan using a plug-in hybrid engine. This model was also launched at the Guangzhou auto show in November 2021.

BYD Destroyer 05 has a modern design with a horizontal grille, headlights at the front quite similar to the style of current electric cars. The rear light cluster is also designed seamlessly, while the wheels have a size of 16 – 17 inches depending on the version.

The overall exterior design has the typical style of a Chinese sedan with thin LED headlights, a large grille that covers most of the steering wheel, sharp front bumper and aerodynamic design.

The registration of design intellectual property does not mean that BYD will definitely open the Destroyer 05 for sale in the Vietnamese market.
