Specifically, the company provides all documents related to the Copyright Use Contract music signed by the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center (Southern Region) and Hoang Tuan Magnetic Tape Production Tourism Private Enterprise (HT Production).

The content of the contract clearly states that singer Dan Truong is allowed to use the song Who Loves Forever to perform at the Thailand Trade Fair in Ben Tre. Therefore, when the contract took effect from the signing (May 26), it is completely reasonable for Dan Truong to perform this song at the Thai Trade Fair in Ben Tre.

Sharing more about the incident, the manager Hoang Tuan, representing singer Dan Truong, said that when there was a noise, the company chose to be silent to summarize all relevant documents, then spoke up. times, avoiding misunderstandings and the story being pushed too far.

According to Mr. Hoang Tuan, based on the process, a singer or producer who wants to use a song must contact the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center (VCPMC). After checking, which song is under the management of VCPMC, that unit will report the cost. If they agree, they will sign a contract and proceed to pay.

“Therefore, according to the process so far, HT Production has announced to ask for permission to use the song “Ai Chung Love To Be Forever” on VCPMC. Therefore, it is not correct to say that Dan Truong sings without permission, affecting the name of the male singer“, emphasized Mr. Tuan. If the song is not under the management of VCPMC, this unit will not charge a fee and request to contact the owner for permission.

At the same time, he also believes that HT Production has completed the application for permission and paid all the costs to perform the song for VCPMC. Therefore, problems about costs, copyright,… ACV Entertainment should work directly with the Vietnam Center for Protection of Music Copyright.
