The view of the ward is that this is a civil case between the company and the small business. The ward only tries to act as a bridge for the two parties to agree on the contents of the contract.”

A representative of this unit said: “The increase in the stall rental price is in line with the market. Satraseco will have a preferential policy for stalls that sign a contract early. This unit wishes to have a private dialogue with each small merchant to satisfy the needs of the market. If we cannot find a common voice, we will sue the stall owner in accordance with the law.”

On July 1, the time when Satraseco required small businesses that had not signed a contract to return the counter was not far away. But so far, the two sides have not found a common voice.
