On May 6, the Ministry of Public Security said that the Investigation Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security is continuing to expand the investigation of the case “Giving bribes, accepting bribes” that happened at the Consular Department – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hanoi. On the same day, the Investigation Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued a decision to prosecute the accused and an arrest warrant for Nguyen Thi Tuong Vi (SN 1980 – Director of ATA Viet Nam Investment and Consulting Co., Ltd.). Nam) and Nguyen Thi Dung Hanh (SN 1972 – Director of G Vietnam Co., Ltd. 19) on charges of giving bribes.

After ratification by the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the above decisions and orders were implemented by the Investigative Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security.

Currently, the above case is being investigated by the Investigation Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security to handle according to regulations.

Previously, on January 27, the Investigation Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security prosecuted the case of “Receiving bribes” to consider and grant permits for companies to carry out flights to bring Vietnamese citizens home from abroad. for personal gain occurring at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the investigation process, the police agency made decisions to prosecute the accused, arrest and detain Nguyen Thi Huong Lan (SN 1974, residing in Hanoi), who is the Director of the Consular Department; Do Hoang Tung (born 1980, residing in Hanoi), Deputy Director of the Consular Department; Le Tuan Anh (born 1982, resident of Hung Yen), Chief of Office of Consular Department; Luu Tuan Dung (born 1987, resident in Hanoi), Deputy Head of the Citizen Protection Department, Consular Department on the crime of accepting bribes.

On March 25, the Investigative Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security continued to issue a decision to prosecute the accused, an order to arrest the accused for temporary detention, and an order to search his residence and workplace for the crime of “giving bribes” to Ms. Hoang Dieu Mo, 42 years old, General Director of An Binh Trading, Tourism and Aviation Services Company Limited (An Binh Company).
