At about 19:06 on March 31, the Hanoi Police Command Information Center received information from people about a fire at address 4, lane 60, Phu Do street. 30 officers and soldiers of the Fire and Rescue Police (Hanoi City Police) and the Nam Tu Liem District Police went to the scene of the rescue and organized the fire fighting.

The fire area at the parking space on the 1st floor of a 5-storey, 1-tum house, concrete and reinforced concrete structure, has a floor area of ​​about 170 m2. Firefighters rescued 5 injured people, including 4 children, and took them to the emergency room in time, guiding 7 people to escape safely. Regarding preliminary damage, there was 1 death.

Right on the evening of the same day (March 31), after the video recorded the scene of burning a motorbike in the yard of house number 4, lane 60, Phu Do street, the authorities searched for roadside cameras to confirm the suspect. is 1 woman.

This person, after causing the incident, fled on a motorbike. Currently, the authorities have detained this female suspect and conducted initial testimony.
