Just a minute later, Leeds breathed a sigh of relief when Luke Ayling hit the ball more than necessary in the penalty area, but VAR did not award Norwich a penalty.

The final minutes of the match were very exciting because both teams showed extraordinary determination. In the 85th minute, Raphinha’s goal was again denied by the crossbar after a very dangerous free-kick saw Krul watch.

In the first minute of injury time, Pukki threw in a beautiful cross to help McLean finish the game and make it 1-1. However, the drama climaxed in the 5th minute of injury time, when Raphinha made a bold dive, overtaking goalkeeper Krul before returning for Gelhardt to score a 2-1 win for the home side.
