On March 14, the Da Nang Department of Information and Communications (TT & TT) issued a document on the implementation of consulting and treatment applications for people infected with Covid-19.
According to the Department of Information and Communications, according to the agreement with the Department of Health, the City’s Young Physicians Association and the Vietnam Network of Companion Doctors, from March 15, the city will widely open the F0 channel to actively call doctors to ask for advice. .
Accordingly, when people call the number (0236) 393 1022, they will see doctors and medical staff (mobilized by the Department of Health) and receive advice and support. Doctors and medical staff will be on duty and receive calls from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. weekdays.

When calling the switchboard, people listen to the automatic dialogue with the corresponding branches (choose branch 1 for general advice, branch 2 specializes in Pediatrics, branch 3 specializes in Obstetrics and branch 4 specializes in Psychiatry). Call charges are calculated according to telecommunications charges for calls to a normal landline number.
In case all doctors and medical staff in the branch are busy, the call will automatically go to the staff of the 1022 switchboard on standby to record the following support information.
In addition, the Da Nang Department of Health has now issued an official dispatch on the use of a remote medical examination and consultation application platform (supported by Doctor4U). Users only need to download the Doctor4U application on CH Play or the App Store to a phone or tablet with an internet connection, then follow steps such as: create an account, choose a doctor and appropriate consultation time frame. At the time of appointment, the doctor will actively call “video call” through the Doctor4U application to advise the patient.
Da Nang’s Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control said that on March 14, there were 6,064 Covid-19 patients in the area being cured; The number of new cases per day is 1,235.
Currently, cities are isolating and treating 42,810 cases of F0 at home, of which 20,329 are asymptomatic, 21,319 are mild.
