F1 in Ho Chi Minh City can go to work immediately without quarantine; When is it safe enough to end isolation for Omicron contamination?

More information on the new guidance issued this afternoon (March 14) on home management for people with COVID-19 issued by the Ministry of Health, Deputy Director of the Center for Disease Control of Ho Chi Minh City – Mr. Nguyen Hong Tam affirmed that the unit’s team of experts is analyzing and advising, the plans will be adjusted. Surely HCMC will adjust some regulations accordingly.

Up to now, Ho Chi Minh City has had some regulations on F1 management that are more liberal than in the past. Specifically, F1s at enterprises with 80% or more COVID-19 vaccine coverage will be able to go to work immediately and must be tested on the 3rd and 7th.

According to a representative of the Center for Disease Control of Ho Chi Minh City, nearly all businesses in Ho Chi Minh City, the vaccination rate is over 85%. Therefore, most of the F1 workers in the area were able to go to work right away. Of course, subjects must strictly follow the 5K rule measures, especially masks and disinfection.

For establishments with vaccination rates below 80%, employees who have not received enough COVID-19 vaccines need to be isolated according to regulations. However, workers who have been vaccinated will be sent to work immediately.
