As reported, the accident happened at about 7:55 am on March 13 on Highway 48A, the section through Dong Hop commune, Quy Hop district, Nghe An province.

At that time, driver Bui Van Huy was driving the BKS 14C-077.83 truck carrying the excavator moving from the alley to National Highway 48A when he lost control of his vehicle and ran straight to the other side of the road, crashing into a livestock feed business. . The excavator on the truck fell, pressing on Mr. TQT (SN 1951, living in Hop Thuan hamlet, Dong Hop commune) just stopped on the sidewalk; the incident caused Mr. T. to die on the spot.

According to the clip recorded by the security camera, at the time of the accident, in addition to Mr. T. was killed, there was another man who was lucky to escape.

It is known that the deceased victim and the driver who caused the accident were from the same neighborhood in Dong Hop commune. Driver Huy is a hired driver for the excavator owner.
