- 8 slices of sandwich
- 5g chives
- 8 slices of cold meat
- 8 eggs
- One daikon radish (white radish)
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
- One tablespoon full-fat cream
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- A teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter (soft)
Making
Step 1:
- Cut the sandwich crust.
- Chop the chives.
- Arrange the ham slices and cut in a similar shape to the bread.
Step 2:
- Boil eggs in boiling water for about 8 minutes until cooked, then drain and peel.
Step 3:
- Peel and slice the radish into thin slices.
- Mix sliced radish with rice vinegar to marinate.
Step 4:
- Take 4 eggs and separate into 4 parts.
- With the remaining eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.
- Crush egg yolks in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, cream of milk, salt, sugar.
- Then, cut the egg whites into small pieces, add to the egg yolk mixture and mix well.
Step 5:
- Butter the bread, add the separate halves of the egg to each sandwich, cover the egg mixture (made in step 4) and the rest of the bread on top.
- Cut the bread in half and enjoy.
