Conflicting about money, Nguyen Tien Ngan (37 years old, in Tra Vinh) stabbed a 34-year-old man to death with a knife.
Nguyen Tien Ngan (37 years old, in Cau Ngang district) is being held in criminal custody by the Tra Vinh Provincial Police Department for investigation of murder.
According to the authorities, Mr. Lam Thanh Nam (34 years old) owes money to Ngan. Because of this, the two fought many times.

On April 1, seeing Nam walking on the street, Ngan took a knife to chase. Stabbed in the chest, the victim collapsed on the roadside, later died.
After committing the crime, Ngan threw the weapon and fled. On April 3, Ngan surrendered.
