Having just returned from a walk on the white reed hill in Tuyen Lam Lake, Bich Phuong (ward 1, Da Lat) could not help but be upset when she saw a forest filled with garbage. Countless plastic bottles, plastic bags, styrofoam food boxes, paper coffee cups, convenient raincoats … were scattered on the grass under the trees.

Phuong and her two companions picked up trash and put it in a bag to bring it out of the forest, but they could only pick up a little bit because it was too much.
