Regarding the assessment and classification of civil servants and public employees according to the Government’s Decree, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ninh said that in terms of decentralization, the head of the agency managing cadres, civil servants and public employees develops regulations or assigns granted to the heads of units directly employing officials to issue regulations and organize evaluation and classification suitable to the characteristics of each agency or unit. Previously, Hanoi Law University informed the press that it had received a denunciation of a dean of the school showing signs of violating the teacher’s qualifications and ethics. The school has assigned functional units in the school to receive, process, verify, clarify and resolve according to their competence.

A representative of Hanoi Law University affirmed that the school’s point of view is to ensure objectivity, strictness and compliance with regulations. When the results of the denunciation settlement are available, the school will provide specific information to the press agencies.

Regarding the case, the representative of the People’s Committee of Hoang Liet ward (Hoang Mai district, Hanoi) also said that he had received a document from the Center for Women and Development – Vietnam Women’s Union about these units. received information from Ms. VNH (Hanoi City) reporting that she was beaten and sexually assaulted by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a hospital, who is also the Dean of the Hanoi Law University.
